Are these speaker packages any good?

Based on what people have said in forums, and asking in Reflex DJ Superstore (currently undergoing a refit) in Manchester

I’d like to get some proper produced idents to use in my mixes.
Does anyone know what I can do to get some made?

I have just done a quick one of me just talking (which is on my extra Spontaneous November 2009 2nd hour), but I think it needs considerable improvement.
any ideas/advice ?

Anyone recommend a logo designer?

I could do with a logo that I can put on this site, and also put on some t-shirts etc.
can anyone suggest anything?

What I am looking for:
Its my name that I would like as a logo, so I can put it on my website, and so that I can use it to promote my DJ’ing.
i like the style that my site is currently, so it would have to fit in with it.
I’d also like it to be usable on other media eg album/cd covers, flyers etc.
A creative use of my name (RichardDawson or RickDawson
possibly include .co.uk with either.) to get my name out there.

Some people may have noticed my website has recently been exceeding it’s bandwidth allowance.
This was due to getting more popular after I got my June mix played on Digitally Imported (www.DI.FM)
I have now re-assessed the bandwidth usage on my website, so there should be no problems from now on.
