Does anyone know a way of getting an intro made, and some idents/jingles for my mixes?

I am looking for radio stations to play my mixes.
Does anyone know of any to get my mixes played?

I’d like to get some proper produced idents to use in my mixes.
Does anyone know what I can do to get some made?

I have just done a quick one of me just talking (which is on my extra Spontaneous November 2009 2nd hour), but I think it needs considerable improvement.
any ideas/advice ?
